My experience with Rakebit regarding a self-exclusion related issue has been extremely disappointing.
The casino appears highly irresponsible when it comes to handling responsible gambling matters. In my case, self-exclusion requests were not handled properly, and instead of taking accountability for the situation, the process has been continuously delayed for an excessive amount of time.
For over a month, I have received mostly repetitive template responses with no meaningful transparency or concrete progress updates. Despite all requested verification and documentation being completed long ago, the casino continues referring only to an “ongoing review” lasting 3–6 months.
What is even more concerning is that I identified multiple complaints involving the same self-exclusion related problem which were handled in the exact same manner. Both complaints were closed as unresolved multiple times due to the excessive delays, yet the casino still continues repeating the same generic responses without showing any real accountability for the situation.
This creates the impression that these are not isolated incidents, but part of a recurring pattern where serious responsible gambling related complaints are simply prolonged instead of properly resolved.
Issues involving self-exclusion and responsible gambling should be treated with urgency and seriousness, yet Rakebit appears to focus more on delaying complaints rather than resolving them fairly and transparently.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino to players who expect proper handling of responsible gambling concerns or accountability when serious issues arise.
